My gym is closed but todays work out is with bands.
With bands
see saw rows
Squats with bands
Ventral raises
Staggered stance with bands tricep extensions
Kick stand dead lifts right leg then left leg side
Band pull apart to hit my scapula
Banded pushups
Reverse lunge with twist r l legs
Overhead band pull apart keeping the pulled lowering and raising behind the head
Curls with Arnold press
Push ups ×3 15 sec break full 30 sec push
Low cross over with bands × 3
Ab roller ×3
Over head tricep ext ×3
Bicep curl ×3
Close grip bicep curl ×3
Bent over rows overhand grip ×3
Reverse grip single arm bent over row ×3 r &l side
Y rotations ×3
Arnolds press ×3
Todays work out for me…
 
1st meal blueberries 2 eggs sliced beef Cabasse

Thank you sir. Today’s workout consisted of one and a 1/2 hour of mountain bike riding followed with pushups dips pull UPS curling my bicycle sumo squats lunges …during the ride…love the out doors
