Cool. My mom was a CCRN. She did three 12s for a while when I was growing up. It was nice having her home four days per week.

It is nice. The wife and I always have 4 days off, unless we pick up extra. Dang, I have studied for the CCRN several times, and I have never taken it. That shit is hard hats off to your mom.

Thanks bro!!! She is a very driven women. She was all over the place through her career. She started in NICU but was too hard for her emotionally. Then went to ICU then CC. I think she did some emergency room stuff but hated it.

Yeah I spent one day in the NICU and was like, “oh hell nah. Can’t do this.” The ER Is hard for us OCD ICU nurses. It’s the Wild West. Your mom sounds like a badass.
