All I’ve done is eaten all day left work early and I still weigh 250. So the clen and t3 must still be doing work even though I didn’t take clen today

Clen has a pretty long half life. Which is why some say 2 days on 1 off. That day you don’t take it, it’s still burning.

Sometimes I wake up in middle of night and get bored so I check UG out. @NeuroRN. If I was taking the dosage of clen that @Dirtnasty takes then it would be NO I don’t sleep ever.

I took clen last night… huge mistake. We had 3 codes, so my triceps and chest were just locked up cramped during compressions. Never again. NEVER AGAIN.

I work 7a-7p, Friday-Sunday. It’s a good gig. To work the weekends you’re required to have a certain amount of experience… so the crew is solid. Makes a big difference.
