I have expressed interest in dmaa on here a few times whenever someone brings it up, but haven’t acted on it, maybe one day… and are you starting a little crystal farm in that bottle.

I take just a little bit its 1ml — 100mg im taking just 20 mg maybe 15 mg and i feel great i dont need any preworkout now. I dont know how that works for women but she can try first 5 mg 🤔
 
Bro i said that for sooooooooo long. But then when you become well old. It catches up to you. Even some quick HIT training with the battle ropes will set you up good for the future. And good HIT training keeps you in burn mode for 24 hours after training. But ya cardio usually isn’t " fun" @John
