Foods that add calories while still keep clean diet

I was just curious to what foods i could eat to add calories while still eating clean and healthy. I have always ate pretty healthy without ever realizing it and now that i count calories i find it hard to eat 3000 plus calories without having my meal size in portion that are hard to get down.

Starting a bulking cycle…
i eat about 2700 to maintain and that doesnt seem like a lot of calories but anyone that eats clean knows thats a lot of food or atleast its a lot of food for me… i naturally walked aroud at about 148 so im not a big big guy…
 
I also sometimes find it hard to cram enough food ito hit my numbers but can somehow always find room for a drink so I started using mass gainer shakes. Given that most (not all) of these are not actually giving you the nutrients that they claim to, I started making my own. Get yourself a blender / smoothie maker, throw in some oats, a banana, eggs (or just egg whites), some peanut butter (adjust the amounts of each to suit your macros) and you have a shake that hits the required numbers for protein, carbs, fat and calories. Works for me and is a dam sight cheaper than protein/ gainer powders and your using real food.
 
Beef is great just need to take something to help for digestion atleast I do but fats and protein you can’t beat it
 
Beef is always a good option. Also penutbutter packs alot calories in a small portion size, if I feel I’m low on calories that day I’ll blend up a shake with a tblspn or 2 of all natural penutbutter. I think 1 tablespoon is in the range of 200 cals.
