I’m shrinking 297 this morning going to try and do legs I. Morning before work tomorrow. We’ll see how I look after 5 weeks of sobriety starting this week. I’m not even sure what my finish date for 12 weeks is but I think I may continue the fat loss phase through July then after last festival get back to eating big
Great idea! Sobriety can only help, even if it isn't as much fun 🤣. Get some, big man.

Last night I slipped on top of machine and my left leg fell through into it. Luckily we don’t work on moving machines and all I got was scrapes so I can still do legs today. Unfortunately that also means I’ll still have to go to work today as well
 
Light legs today
Paused squats 325 2x10 no belt man pause makes theses set take so long. Probably doesn’t help I haven’t squared about 5 reps in like 10 months knee felt alright
Single leg ext. ok wanted to see what f my knee hurts in this motion or if it’s just after doing heavier work and I could lightest weight no pain so it not necessarily the motion but it’s just hurting and then can’t do it after heavy work just doing lightest weight for sets of 20 to get in work. Ut not push it
 
First shot of glutathione today didn’t do gym before work as I was too dehydrated. My room was burning hot so that didn’t help tren sweats add in a case of squirts so we just tgoignmtio do some lifts after work
 
I just don’t feel like my legs are ever good for squats anymore. Maybe it’s mental but 405 just felt heavy as fuck

Leg press closed legs 9pps 3x12 I got on guy elsewhere for not going deep enough so I had to not just talk about but be about it these I could barely get 12 rep on last set
