Doubtful u do gym today slept terribly and I have to work 12-12 I really hate that they don’t have set hours and that it could be 4 hours Earlh or late. I told them I would give them till June till I started looking but I may move that up to May as I found out that we aren’t getting paid for Friday off and they are making us take Monday off no pay unless you use time and as a new hire I don’t have enough time If I want to be able to take the vacation days I have in.

Fuck me so I decided to come in for legs before working a 12 starting. At 12 after getting off at 12 and I feel I blew my wad on the 525x5 squat. Knees feel terrible so I’m going. To just do light weight high rep leg presses and hope I can do enough reps without bothering anything

I’m shrinking 297 this morning going to try and do legs I. Morning before work tomorrow. We’ll see how I look after 5 weeks of sobriety starting this week. I’m not even sure what my finish date for 12 weeks is but I think I may continue the fat loss phase through July then after last festival get back to eating big
