Ok so I posted starting pic in competition thread here’s my log. Mindy was machine and duo push day I skipped yesterday as my body is stupid and either wants to wake hk early or sleep all day but we at gym hitting machine back work. If I keep same split pic updates will be Monday Wednesday Friday that way I get push leg and pull day photos. Depending on work I may push those back a day or if they decide we aren’t work weekends I may just add Saturday in extra

Seriously guys especially if your just starting out I feel this is great thing to enter. Some great prizes and all you have to do is log your progress. Bobby here where judge your starting point. You never know you might surprise how well you can do when you enter a comp. Worst case scenario you push more and make more progress than you may have otherwise even if you don’t win. Even if your log isn’t updated daily and yoh just post a pic a couple times a week it could make a difference

Howdy Jacked bros! This will be my progress log for the transformation contest, I will share a backstory into my journey and what ultimately brought me here and will continue to bring y'all along for what’s next.

This will be a continuation of a log I was running on a different board which was terminated sometime last month around the same time I stepped down from my duties as Rep for SB. Shoutout to SB and the boys best gear in the game
