I hope he does something with it he loves to be physical I have taught him to be gentle with girls smaller kids and animals best I can he gets rough with his 2 friends in his daycare sometimes they are older but he is bigger

All the time bro. It’s so easy on the stomach and less fillimg then cooked. I can down 50 grams of protein like that easy. And it’s the easiest digestible protein on for your body. Egg whites are my way to fulfill macros at least the proteins when I am cycling I’ll drink two cartons per day. Works for me at least.

You got me hooked on this. Easy as it gets. I haven’t cooked eggs since I tried it once. Just measure it out and chug.

I got a new family member apparently we had a 6 month old Black and Tan coon hound take up on my front porch he will not leave the yard and waits for us everyday he loves my boy to death they play like crazy I tried to find owners then someone thought he was lost and picked him up cause he didn’t have a collar and two days later he is right back on my porch so we had him chipped and snipped I believe everything happens for a reason

He loves my boy to death follows him around sits by him plays with him I couldn’t ask for more it’s the craziest thing just showed up out of no where dog is 60+ lbs has a very calm collect demeanor it’s coon hound prob not full blood from look of ears but the bark says it all I used to have a red one

That awesome brother. @NeuroRN is correct those dogs always end up the best. Don’t understand why maybe because they choose you instead of the other way around. I had a lab like that in Plant City. A black lab I named Guinness. One time he was gone two days and showed back up with a rope someone used to tie him up and could see where he chewed through the rope to escape.
