Yes. Like when i just did my first prep i did it really fast i put the turkey in the oven with the sweet potatoes in the foil at the same time…i cooked the rice and boiled the eggs at the same time and the brocolli bags were larger microwave frozen bags…so i made a couple a those 5 minutes each… so it was pretty efficient…just the eating part lol! Well and yes…the motivation to get going on prepping cus that means i have to clean stuff…wash dishes and all that 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but once i get going its fun.
 
Meal prep completed…pretty much two weeks worth… maybe 3 🤣🤣🤣

Just gotta share it all out tomorrow morning

But yah…do i have some novels to catch u up on! So be warned that’s coming

So u see there…curried chicken…i used curry from the indian store…yuk! Ran out of my regular one…there is salmon and some pork…

Ok so what i am doing is like using up all the meats i bought and never cooked…like the porks have been in the freezer almost …well…longer than 6 months…the one of the chicken i used the same as well…the salmon also.

I bought new stuff today to get more on the leaner better side of meats…the salmon is the only thing that is ok for my plan i know…but i had to use up the meats i still have a couple pork roasts and a pack a chops left.

That pork roast is also well over 6 months…i am too embarrassed to say exactly how long…but they still taste great those old meats and its just for me. I wouldn’t ever cook old stuff for anyone else…nor cook in a messy kitchen. If i am making stuff for others…i bleach down and scrub down 🤣🤣

So ya. Please excuse the meats. And so ya…and eggs u see there…my dry granola i will also add and rice cakes etc…

I know some of you might be like…BRUH…three weeks?? Really?..try a couple days for me 😂😂😂🤣

Oh yah almost forgot…i have veggies too but i will micro thos3 in the am…those are in microwave packs get like 3 serving out if each bag and I have a lot of bags.

I cooked it for over an hr those that u saw. But just my luck…well that one turkey i prepped before…took me 2 weeks to finish 🤣 it was just a 9 lb frozen bone in turkey breast i had frozen for over…ok a year lol!! I am still alive and that i realized after i took it out and was cutting i didnt cook long enough…i thought it was a 7 lb didnt see the tag i had torn it off and tossed it towards the garbage and was cleaning up and saw the tag in a corner on the floor behind the garbage can last night…that explains it i thought 🤣🤣🤣

I actually function better when i dont eat or way less…my buddy was trying to get me to go eat i refused …he said…dont u need energy…food gives me energy he said…well i said not for me…makes me tired and dont want to do anything…so on a empty belly i did fasted cardio. Went out to return amazon stuff…dropped off at donation box…went grocery shopping…came back…and it wasnt till after i ate i felt ugh…i dont wanna do any thing 🤣🤣🤣

So this food prep is getting some use to and the whole eating several times deal…but it will he fun and fall into place…so i said three weeks cus every now and then i do slip up and just have one meal on a day…but way better…just had the last pieces of turkey yesterday 🤣🤣🤣

I know i put some of the stuff in the area of the fridge i have set colder…week to week is hard at the moment thought i know it should be…because of time…my schedule is all over tje place and so is my bad luck:joy:😂 and my use to being against eating so much…as my mind sees it…as eating too much…so…if i have all that food…because i hate waste…it will cause me to eat more often so it doesnt get wasted. If i have less food prepped for just a week…i will most likely miss meals. So its a psychological game at the moment 🤣🤣 till i get in the pattern
 
But in all honest…it may be just two week…

So i am juust getting to that 2 lbs of salmon u saw 4 weeks earlier…🤣🤣🤣🤣
 
Any meat is only going to be good 5 days after that you’re pushing it bro unless you freeze it.

Food does give you energy if you eat the right food. Shit food like buffets and fast food and stuff not on your meal plan (lol see what I did there) is going to make you feel bla.

Oh and ps send me your update lol
 
I am… put like half of everything in the freezer pretty much…and well…that turkey lasted almost three weeks but i keep my fridge part very cold…the bad part us my water bottles freeze 🤣🤣🤣… so thats how u get stuff to stay longer than usual…but yes. I know…i will get it all normalized 😃

Oh yes…when i get home i will send 😃
