Happy Sunday my brothers and sisters

Today I am having a cheat day. Going out for breakfast with wife. She is having country fried steak and eggs. I am having a meat lovers skillet with veggies ang eggs. Also sausage gravy and hot sauce.

Today we are just gonna enjoy the weather and stay warm. May do some stretching and accessory work.

Construction site two days ago. I thought winter was over lol.

It’s the end of April. Enough of the snow already! I took the family out for breakfast this morning. Waffle with apples, portuguese chorizo omelette with home fries and toast. Currently can’t walk because I’m so fat…but happy.

My granny use to make bacon gravy and homemade biscuits. My all time favorite breakfast as a kid. I know how to make it also but doesn’t fit my macros very well and makes me wanna sleep. Lol

Hahahaha. Ya. It’s nap time now. Gonna drive home put on the tube and fall asleep. But first someone has to take me to my truck in a wheelbarrow

Here’s my Sunday, haven’t been to the gym since Tuesday, spent all week fighting with my wife… found out this week that our middle daughter is no longer going straight to med school after undergrad, she’s moving to California in June to live with one of her cousins, had a fucking meltdown over that… great week, great week… at least it didn’t snow here though, that’s what you get @Rusty for being 4 hours closer to Canada than I am… that’s what I tell my brother in law in the twins all the time! So, I’m finishing my week with baby back ribs, and I’ll start over tomorrow, maybe next week will be better??

That’s a tough week brother. And fuck Canadian weather this time of year they can keep it up there lol. Ribs are a good way to end a shitty week. Keep your chin up brother!!! Next week will be better.

I woke up on wrong side a bed, until my marine buddy whose a cop near Pittsburgh sent me this, pulled over two black males, for no working brake lights,and expired tags, so of course they started claiming that hes racist, and its bulkshit,he smelled weed, they wouldn’t consent to searching so they got a warrant and towed it and what a surprise the gang bangers, had this inside, of course the other surprise was that HE was called a racist by the the black guys, who woulda thought black people can be racist to,fuck them.
