Surgery for weight loss… band/sleeve?

Do you train… weights, walk, calisthenics?

Why did you quit tracking dietary intake?

So then you should have plenty of energy for gym time. I work 12 hours days and still get it in. Life is about priorities. Again if set on foug a cycle I would just up
The test
To like 300 a week and do weight training with a little bit of cardio everyday. You should see great results doing this. Again it’s not my money but anything more you’ll just be wasting in my opinion.
