So then you should have plenty of energy for gym time. I work 12 hours days and still get it in. Life is about priorities. Again if set on foug a cycle I would just up

To like 300 a week and do weight training with a little bit of cardio everyday. You should see great results doing this. Again it’s not my money but anything more you’ll just be wasting in my opinion.
Alright so 300 test with a strong workout. ok i thought something needed to change. I will do this and make a log i do like preworkouts so maybe some TNE for those heavy lifting days.
