Sorry guys let me clarify. I’ve never heard anyone use the term anti estros and I was confused for a Second. It hit me afterwards he was talking about AI’s. I was taking aromasin during my cycle. For pct I took nolvadex. It was basic. No oral or anything.

And taking AI without knowing where you are at, is just as bad as not taking it. Get blood work. You have to ask your doctor for a estrogen panel. Then go from there.
