Instrumuscalar Injection in Quad

I been doing injections in the quads test p 150 and npp…100 and have did cycles before only in the quad…I always aspirate.Last 2 times it either got swollen or it really feels like the oil came out the muscle …been 4 days and subsiding…Just curious can the gear exit the muscle in the pinhole made or is the muscle taking longer to absorb?

Do you rotate…delts lats butt?

I stick to my butt cheeks and delts . I did quads at first but could never find a sweet spot and legs would always hurt. And only my left delt will kinda have some come out idk why only there

Subcutaneous absorption works great so nothing to worry about. I did a quad shot yesterday that passed through a vein so blood came out. It’s a bit swollen but no big deal.

Don’t aspirate they don’t teach that anymore

Switch up pins spots. Get a few locations in your rotation

No primary just rotate quads…thinking of shoulders now…butt is hard to reach plus only have 1" needles

You can get a good pin with a 1” needle. Give yourself a “reach around” to your butt and look in the mirror.

Lats are an option

Don’t aspirate. You just poked a hole in your skin and muscle… it can leak out. As stated above. SubQ works too. Maybe a little sore. But you will be fine unless you stuck a massive vessel, which you’d already know.

I haven’t looked into it in awhile. But if it means less hormones for more bang. I’ll revisit the idea.

I got irritation at the injection site with a welt subq most of the time. It lasted for a week or more. Never any issues shallow IM though.

Quads are no fun when they hurt. Delts and VG are Now my goto Rotation. Keep meaning to try lats, they just seem really awkward to reach.
