hey guys

recently I had a client contact me for advice. he is 265lbs, very overweight. hes strong but has way too high of a fat percentage. my main concern is his heart health, although hes younger (32yearsold) I felt best that he didnt use anabolic steroids. instead i recommended he get his diet under control first.

His bmr should be around 3000 and so i said do not exceed 3000 calories, carb cycle and make sure he is active 5 days a week first. weights, running, boxing doesnt matter, as long as his BPM is higher than 130 and sweating for at least 20 to 30mins a day. i feel his cardio is most important at this time

i said after he has gotten into a routine over a couple weeks i recommended the use of GH and anavar. Ive had excellent feedback from our clients with this cycle, especially the ones that dont want to actually juice

what do you guys think? thanks in advance.

I think the focus on diet and general exercise is the biggest factor. 2500 cals a day. 200ish grams of protein. Fats and carbs fill as necessary. Carb cycling at his weight I don’t think will make a difference.

The biggest change obese people need to make is the lifestyle change. Count calories and protein. Carbs and fats macros not as important and allow some flexibility with food choices, this is what will WORK LONG TERM FOR THEM.

I think the GH and Anavar is not necessary. Could it help, maybe. But only if the lifestyle has changed first, and stays for the long term. I would have someone follow the diet and training plan at least for a year. If they can’t stick to that for a year, I doubt they are responsible enough to handle exogenous compounds

I would steer him from away AAS at that weight. Anavar will really do nothing and may increase health risks. (BP for example) running a oral only is never a good start on AAS and he needs to get his macros and diet in order. I’d cut him back to 2800 and that’s IF he is working cardio/volume training. GH I am new to that game, but, I would wait till he has at least 6 months of progression with known weight loss before I’d even give him any support with AAS/HGH This is just my opinion. 😉

Big man like that may have a hard time carb cycling. IMO. See if he can clean up his diet and as much as I hate to suggest…cardio. I also agree with staying off compounds.

Anavar and HGH are great at faster recovery and muscle growth. Dallas McCarver used high doses of anavar off season to help build lean tissue.

Well I guess I’ll never be like him if he used high doses anavar cause I wasn’t a fan last go round I guess I can give it another go when my body isn’t go int through the ringer of Recs on off days.

Woo I’m 35 and still more into the power pet of lifting than the muscle building but strive to both mediocre

My routine kind of does both. And most bodybuilders are pretty fucking strong. Just which ever makes you feel better bro.

Yeah I mean hopefully when I get back to Ohio I can join power lifting gym and really dedicate to that for a few years.

You guys mind if I ask why cardio is always suggested…? I get the higher heart rate, blood flow, heart health etc buuut in terms of total calories burned, you’re going to be burning more calories over the next few days from weight training than you will from cardio. Cardio has a higher instant burn rate and should be incorporated into every routine, who wants to be huge but unable to run up a flight of stairs? But the muscle recovery process burns calories even when your sitting around post workout and it happens for days. I hope that makes sense. Someone please educate me, here to learn.

I only do cardio to keep my wind up and push harder into my workout. If you have no endurance youll be sucking wind. I believe you need both in a routine. A man that size probably doesn’t do any but I could very well be wrong. Does that make a little sense.
