Is GH and Anavar only effective for fat loss?

Bloods should be paramount, that would be my first step, followed by diet and cardio, aas should be the last step, and I wouldn’t recommend var without even a cruise dose of test, if your looking for strictly weight loss, an ECA stack or clenbuterol should suffice, but mainly it’s gonna come down to what blood work shows and diet and cardio, who knows his thyroid levels could be very low, or estrogen very high all of these attribute to fat gain
 
Cardio is for your gpp. General physical preparedness. If you’re like @Dirtnasty and have a job that requires physical exertion then cardio isn’t needed so much…a 265lb man walking those miles a day at work IS cardio. I fly a desk for a living so other than yard work and working around the house…I get no cardio of any sort. I need some sort of cardio exercise.
 
Didn’t mean to imply that’s all cardio is good for…just one application.
 
Here I will educate you, I work way to hard to eat all my calories, and I’ll be damned if if gonna go run in place, going nowhere in the process and waste my hard earned calories, fuck cardio.
 
I the issue is I feel I’m held back not by strength but cardio shape on some lifts so if I get

ive told him to hold off until he can show himself he can diet and work out every day first
this guys really over weight but he used to be really strong. i dont want him on anything until his cardio is up naturally
 
I heard of people doing just Anavar. But everyone says it will suppress you at high doses, I’m guessing he’s not doing test?
