Is this a good stack for beginner

Eat and eat and eat. I’m doing 7000 cals a
Day the past week I dropped to about 5500 cauae depression but eat. You will be amazed the size you gain. When giving body nutrients it does t know it needs. Then maybe a year from now when you’ve been goignatorng for a year have diet down for extended period of time you get seven more out of cycle than if you started one now
 
Excellent advice 👆👆👆 but that’s like telling a kid in a candy store to forget about all this candy and eat a boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked in the air fryer with a side of steamed broccoli. 😀
Dirtnasty is right though. Food is more than half the battle. You have to eat and eat and eat to grow.
 
Look I realize people are going to do what they want but you got to atleast try and give them
Good advise. People said 8 weeks is along as you should run high dose tren did I have to learn hard way that was probably correct
 
I think from his post it sounds like he’s already got the gear and somehow he’s ended up here asking how to use it safely and hopefully he comes back and we didn’t discourage him from using this platform because I remember when I first joined that’s why I joined and I ended up sticking around awhile and educating myself and helping others her and in real life how to cycle properly. I’m grateful for this platform because when I joined I got some good suggestions and when I had any issues y’all gave me some good input and suggestions.
 
Yeah I have everything iv spent like 700 bucks to get me everything I need it kinda sucks cuz I thought maybe if I just eat right and do a cycle I’ll be alright 😅 but I’m going to stick with my diet plan and work out for 3 4 months then I might start my cycle
 
I think @johnjuanb1 is making a great point. He’s got a lot of experience.

I’m going to say this one more time… then you get to you be your own adult and make your own choices, whether or not you listen to the people you came to specifically for advice will be up to you…

2-3 months of diet and training… you’re 145 lbs at 6’1. I’m 6’1 and at 165lbs after brain surgery I looked like I was on chemo I was so skinny. AAS isn’t the end all to being jacked. Or whatever your goal is. Food and training are 90% of it. You’re selling yourself INCREDIBLY short. You have years of natural gains to make. LITERALLY YEARS. you’ve never trained properly. You’ve never dieted properly. You seem to want this quick and in a hurry. That’s how you fuck up. Majorly. Choosing to play with your hormones, your kidneys, your liver, your heart, your brain, and your balls is not to be taken lightly. Why jump to that when the people you came to for advice are telling you to wait?

As I said. Now it’s your turn to make your own adult choices. @benzos

You got some good input and it’s both sides of the coin you get to decide what you wanna do. These guys know their shit they’ve been around awhile. If I can add anything it’s a marathon not a race even though gears enhanced my gains and my ability I’ve been at this for a few years with gear and still striving to get to where I want to be. Keep educating yourself and enjoy the process.
 
You can still ask questions start new threads and share your knowledge even without gear. You can start a log, tell us what your eating and what your gym routine is. Reference other logs on here and we’ll follow.

Awesome I’ll start my log now cuz iv got everything prepared and please if I’m being a straight up idiot tell me 😂 because I know that you only have so many cycles your body can handle so I wanna make sure when I do it I’m in peak condition so I can get the absolute most out of it and I have kids an trying to live to see my grandkids some day
 
Yeah I second that I dont do high doses, it only causes me problems. This is a great community to learn from. I’m looking forward to seeing this guys Natty log. @benzos you can throw up pics however it is suggested you block out your face for safety reasons.

I believe they have member of the month contest with different requirements, may check that out. That was always fun to participate in.

I saved these pics for a reason. Just to put a period on the end of this conversation. This is a fella (grown man in late 20’s) that had zero training and diet experience. He jumped on the juice at the same time he started lifting weights and watching (what he thought) what he ate. He paid us no rabbit azz mind…he was basically lost… didn’t take advice well…all the while running two cycles. As you can see, he succeeded in nothing but making his self fat(er) and attained the strength of the average 11-12 grade high school meathead. This dude had a skull that was 3 inches thick and was “way smarter” than anyone one here.

As you can see his palms are facing aft with rolled forward shoulders at a relaxed stance. His glutes and hamstrings are non-existent. All signs of very poor training/prehab/rehab habits.
His belly button is way in surrounded by flab and not a single vein is showing. He was taking in way too many carbs and not nearly enough protein. His gym etiquette sucked (by his words)to the point that I would have pimp slapped if he was in a gym with me.

This would be a major fail with ped’s.
