Jan.12 ok poppy edition of diets and lifting

Just ahead ham and cheese heavy ham. Ribeye for pregym meal then chicken and rice if I go back to girls And make the rice before gym
 
Woke up had a bagel with cream cheese. 20g protein shake, 3 whole eggs. Hit some deadlifts, back, and a lot of stretching. Was on the go all day had to settle for a ham and cheese wrap for lunch I don’t usually fuck with deli meets. Dinner will be chicken/rice/veggies. I also had a c 4 energy drink earlier. Haven’t had one of those in a while shit gave me brutal anxiety had to take a clonazepam

You’re probably smart too…you just make the occasional bad decision to offset lots of things.
