2nd shift for over half my career… yeah I understand it. I used to tell my buddies I was going to come by their house in the middle of the night and wake them up.
I spent about a year calling people back at the same time they called me, but in the morning. You call me at 2pm and I’m asleep… I call you at 2 am. And now… no one calls me anymore and wakes me up
No training today. Cycle is officially over. Last pin of NPP was Thursday and last pin of Prop was today. With the short esters I should be able to start PCT I’m guessing by Monday.
Honestly I would love to but I’ll wait to see how my test recovers. If it’s low I’ll wait awhile longer and retest, if it’s still low I hope on the trt train. As far as the cycle goes. That went well. I was just trying to lean out a little while maintaining the muscle gained from the bulk I did in the winter. Next time I will set more specific goals. I went from 22% BF to 15% (240# to 225#). I will be posting blood work and test levels in about 4 weeks.
Just got Test results back from Quest. I’m back to 535 for test levels coming out of PCT. I also took a at home test from Let’s get checked so when I get that I will post to see how close they are. Both were taking same day and hour apart. I also had full blood panel done and will also post in a couple of days.
It’s a little lower than when I started my cycle so I will probably retest in a couple months and make a decision then. The goal for next cycle will be to lower the BF from 14 to 10 while staying in the 225# range. What I plan on using next time around will be a moderate test dosage (400 to 600mg), primo(400+) and proviron (50) a week.
