So right when I was at my lowest weight pre training, I was 260. I was 15% body fat. When I started lifting In high school, I got to 275 and sat there forever and wasn’t eating anything crazy and then post high school and into college football, I got to 300 and sat there. So I stay around 300 pretty easy and currently at 330’s, I’m in the best overall shape I have ever been in (besides long distance running but fuck that anyway)
