JLee Training Log Vol1

I’m a hair south of 14 bf now. My goal is also to get down to 10 bf before next cycle so I know I will be loosing muscle in the process. Probably end up around 220 to be at 10 bf. Then am gonna do a proper bulk and try and put on as much mass as possible hoping to end around 235 at 12 bf. So we are very close to the same.
 
Here is my blood work taken 2 weeks after my PCT. Out of curiosity I did a testosterone panel from Let’s get checked an hour before getting it down at Quest. They are pretty close
