Welcome big dawg, you should throw up your stats, whats your goals and what was your cycle going to be all that other stuff will come in time, patience little grasshopper.

thank you all, was really surprised by the feedback. i have been lifting for 8 years. from fat to fit and back and forth, my weight 220, height 5’9". im currently enlisted in the navy. so eating a so called “balanced” meal for me is mostly substituting the ships food for protein powder and oatmeal, with some Natty pb. honestly cant wait to be on land to use a real gym. this deployment has been a real struggle
