Today is day 1 of this current growth cycle. Only gear in right now is 500mg test e and 4iu hgh. Throwing in 25mg anadrol per day and 300mg deca per week at the start of next week. This week focus is on diet and training and getting my body primed for this heavy push. Goal is to gain 15lbs of lean muscle slowly over the next 16 weeks.
