Post your low carb & cal recipes here, anyone that’s cutting or just wants to eat healthier can give us a better idea on what to eat during a cut or prep.
My go to lately has been Zucchini noodles, 97 fat free ground turkey or chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, little onion, and whatever bell pepper you wanna throw in and it’s pretty damn good n kills my pasta cravings a bit.
Chicken breast, broccoli, & green beans is a meal I eat a shit load and I love it, I started using turmeric powder on my chicken and man it’s a game changer from just eating plain chicken.
Also I’ve started using these low cal & carb mission wrap (2 net carbs per wrap dont know how true it is)but they’ve been clutch with my macros but damn it does feel like I’m cheating sometimes but it goes in order with my cal intake for the day. Cook some ground chicken, throw a little bit of taco seasoning and boom low cal low carb chicken tacos, add a handful of spinach.
Kind of gotta watch out with some ingredients but they’re game if you’re watching carbs n cal.
Shrimp & zucchini or butternut squatch noodles with garlic and whatever seasoning is good.
Cauliflower rice and chicken breast, ginger, lime juice, whatever seasoning, peppers, onion, shrooms, peas, egg is like a stir fry type dish I like
