Post your low carb & cal recipes here, anyone that’s cutting or just wants to eat healthier can give us a better idea on what to eat during a cut or prep.

My go to lately has been Zucchini noodles, 97 fat free ground turkey or chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, little onion, and whatever bell pepper you wanna throw in and it’s pretty damn good n kills my pasta cravings a bit.

Chicken breast, broccoli, & green beans is a meal I eat a shit load and I love it, I started using turmeric powder on my chicken and man it’s a game changer from just eating plain chicken.

Also I’ve started using these low cal & carb mission wrap (2 net carbs per wrap dont know how true it is)but they’ve been clutch with my macros but damn it does feel like I’m cheating sometimes but it goes in order with my cal intake for the day. Cook some ground chicken, throw a little bit of taco seasoning and boom low cal low carb chicken tacos, add a handful of spinach.

Kind of gotta watch out with some ingredients but they’re game if you’re watching carbs n cal.

Shrimp & zucchini or butternut squatch noodles with garlic and whatever seasoning is good.

Cauliflower rice and chicken breast, ginger, lime juice, whatever seasoning, peppers, onion, shrooms, peas, egg is like a stir fry type dish I like

I know there’s a lot more I’m missing so post em up

You have some great meal ideas above brother me personally I don’t cook meals I basically prep so I throw a bunch of chicken in the slowcooker with a type of liquid there are multiple things that you can use but as an example salsa or enchilada sauce and even Italian sauce.
This I will use as my protien for 3-4 days depending and I will cut up broccoli and if not home I will already have it steamed or I just add water to the container and toss in the microwave. I do the same if I might have chosen rice as a side just add some water and steam cooked rice to warm it up nicely.

I also agree with you on the wraps there great and make a great portable meal especially if you get dirty at work but need to eat you can wrap them in tin foil and eat them that way.
The wrap pizza genius because they have some flat breads that I believe would be great to use just extra carbs
 
Man I hated it at first, the frozen one sucks, when I peel a big ol cauliflower and use a little bit of avocado or olive oil it’s pretty damn good. Throw it in a little vegetables, make a lil stir fry and add your protein it’s tolerable haha. Gotta alter that damn taste! Add some garlic

When I’m craving fried rice I try to emulate that as much as possible with the cauliflower
 
Shit that sounds great I’m definitely gonna try it with the enchilada sauce ahhh just to get a similar taste would be enough and I swear that slow cooked chicken in the cooker makes me feel like I’m cheating even with the sauce but it’s GOOOOD!

I have made colliflowr were its like a chip slice about quarter inch thick put olive oil on them and salt or just plain and it comes out a little crispy and eats a good snack for cutting
 
Easiest way for me to get all my protein and carbs together and get them down easily no chewing rubber chicken lol

Spaghetti squash, cauliflower mash, cauliflower pizza crust, veggie tots, the tots have some carbs but not too bad. Ground turkey taco salad. Hobo burger with rutabaga. Any lean protein veggie pairing is good. Chicken broccoli. Fish with stir fry vegetables. I actually like the cauliflower rice but it takes some getting used to. I’d actually eat better but my wife says” I’m not eating any more fucking tilapia”. So you know compromises.
 
Sounds good as hell, I do this with zucchini n the oven little bit of avocado I oil salt n pepper
 
Haha with the wife saying something it always has to be a compromise I can’t bame ya, I’d have to make second servings for her but time and food portion is consuming.

Spaghetti squash and zucchini are my go to man I dig that. Pretty much any lean protein and mixed vegetables is a go
 
A buddy of mine left a bag of hot Cheetos at my house and I had to reassure my self there will always be hot Cheetos in my life time (I think) & at the grocery store. Bag was slightly open but I resisted. 1 month into my cut and eating clean no cheat days, have to stay on point but boy Cheetos are my favorite
 
Good work. Somebody gave me a bag of flaming hot Cheetos at work one day I didn’t bring lunch. Been a fan ever since but I’m on the cut train now too. Actually a snack that satisfies for me is cheddar cheese rice cakes and cottage cheese. Sounds weird but it’s awesome.
 
I’ve tried to get on the cottage cheese train but I can’t tolerate it, would love those slow acting protein enzymes though, way better than red meat sitting in the stomach
