Got a little overcooked for me. But the wife is not a fan of Rare or medium rare.

I’ve only had under cooked steak once. The steak house warned me but I told them that’s how I wanted it. Southern in Nashville choose my ribeye and told them rare. They didn’t even caramelize the outside just heated it slightly. Still better than over cooked

It’s still really tender. I got her to at least eat medium. A little Ted in it. But if I was smart, I’d put mine on a bit later. :crazy_face:. I will learn to do tgat one of these days. She eats about 1/3 of steak. I’ll have the rest this morning. Fresh beef is amazing. Even medium it’s fucking awesome!!

It’s called marbling. And I eat them because they taste phenomenal. And I like it. And lean? Bison or deer meat. I’d eat those for lean.

Yeah we ride horses not eat them here. You want all the 6 year girls in our country crying bra. Also lean meat a for cutting for to have fat to have flavor.
