March 9 diets and training

Morning all.Im grateful to be here.Breakfast was a 6 egg western omlete,2 toast homemade mulberry jam,water n OJ.
Lunch will be 2 cana a tuna,celery,lite on the mayo and pepper,make a sandwich with it and eat the rest with a spoon.Dinner will be a venison roast done in crockpot,egg noodles,gravy,mixed veggies,a salad for me.in between all that with be protein shakes so 3 total,poptarts,and a banana a or two.
I will soon add in another meal somewhere,and another snack.hope everyone has a good day
 
Breakfast was oatmeal and a banana. Lunch chorizo quesadilla with a side salad(no dressing). Boxing and push-ups when I get home and salmon with asparagus for dinner tonight.
 
Had some detroit style pizza so a little chciken later before gym I will be fueled today
 
Trained light back and some cardio. Had the usual banana and shake and met up with old friends for lunch. Had a General Gao’s like concoction from a non Chinese food place and jasmine rice. It’s was good.
