Meat - Tren/TestP Cycle, Bio and once over

Evening guys. 36 year old male, currently 242 at 5’9. Background in powerlifting my entire lift but been trying to change it up. Three cycles in, 2 just 500mg TestE, last was TrenA 300mg and 400 TestE for 12 weeks. Currently on TRT. I planned on starting first week of June.

Cycle; 400mg of TrenA. 500mg of TestP. Push Thinking of pushing Test a week before and after the 12 weeks of Tren for a total of 14 weeks.

PCT; currently on TRT so I was just going to push the usual 200mg of TestC after the last week.

Blood; getting blood labs drawn this week, and donating this Friday to keep my levels in check, gets a little thick on TRT. I’ll do them again 6wks in and after 14th week.

Supplements; multi, fish oil, Taurine for back pumps, creatine, non-stim PRE, I have some Arimidex on hand in case and tamoxifen.

HGH; ordering some. 4iu split 2/2 a day and ramping up 5 then 6 each month then dropping back to 2 post cycle.

Diet; planned on eating about 300g of protein a day and 350g of carbs. Go from there.

Hey guys. Got the details out above first for reference. So this is my 4th cycle and with each one I’ve been more and more strict. I use to be a power lifter but I don’t feel the need for lifting heavy anymore, trying to pack some size on. Last cycle I had great results from the picture included. I didn’t get any night sweats or restless dreams ansdsleep… no anger issues and I’m a highly energetic guy or sex/libido issues. Not what I expected from all I read about Tren so I’m bumping to 400 instead of 300. I ran TestE last time but I read a lot here people said to run TestP with it.

I’m looking to put some size on, I know from the picture it looks like it was a cut, but I did bulk up. I’ve been meaning to start HGH forever but I’m behind the curve, I wish I was already about 3 months on it before cycle but… just going to start at 4ius split twice and go from there.

I’m flexible on my diet… I blend a lot of it up in a blender… I know gross. Boiled chicken, steamed rice, handful of greens, blended. Then some almonds or avocado oil as a chaser. So I was thinking 300g of protein at 242 would be decent… unless we need to pump those rookie numbers up.

I do a 5 day a week bodysplit. Fasted cardio at 120bpm in the morning for 45-60mins. Maybe adding in some more in the evening but not sure. I couldn’t do HIIT last time.

So tell me what y’all think! Honestly no one at the gym is stronger than me and only like 1 bigger but he’s 6’2 and I think it’s an optical illusion. I don’t have like a squad to bounce stuff off of. Y’all are it. Yes it’s the biggest gym in town of like 6… so can’t find a new crowd.

I’d like to hear opinions on the cycle, HGH(it’s new and I’m late starting) maybe diet?

My schedule is free and open all summer. I plan to be as dedicated as anyone can be. No alcohol. Train and eat hard. My ass in bed sleeping 8 hrs( maybe not hello Tren?)

Welcome you really don’t need any more protein than 1 g per pound even that could be high depends if bulking I stick .7-1g and then maybe go higher in cut just cause I know some protein will be used as energy
 
Welcome! Friendly and knowledgeable folks here, and no BS permitted by @Bigmurph. There also are a number of slightly older folks (ahem), which adds a bit of maturity to the discussion that is decidedly lacking on other boards. You seem to have your cycle and program dialed in! Welcome brother. Good intro. Looks like you’ve got everything pretty much dialed in. Looking forward to seeing how your cycle goes. You should post labs if you feel comfortable with it.
 
You should be less flexible on your diet. Diet makes or breaks everything.

Do you have something on hand for tren specific side effects?
 
Man that seems like nothing though. That’s 3 meals, a PWO shake and bed time 5x50… what happened to eat big to get big
 
I had caber if needed for the last cycle. I hope it didn’t expire but I didn’t notice anything on 300mg a week. I’m aiming for 400 this time.

Can you clarify you diet question? I mean I blend 6oz boiled chicken 1u5g rice and greens in a shake and drink it. Can’t dial a healthy meal in more than that.
 
Thanks for all the welcomes. I’ll be honest I’ve been a member for 6-8 months and I just quietly read. Never contribute, I always feel small talk would get in the way and my only real knowledge is helping people with workouts in powerlifting, which I’m leaving behind.
