Morning guys! Good ideas while hotel living

Well I fucking did it… started doing cardio today to break through my plateau… starting off small with 10min of stair stepper then gonna add running and stuff as time goes by. Been stuck at 195 all week. Then here in a week I’ll be staying in a hotel for work so I’m need your guys help on suggestions on what to eat and maintain my cut. I just want to get to 185 before thanksgiving
 
Soooo you haven’t just gone to maintenance. You went back to surplus 😂😂 guilty of this PLENTY of times.

I think the scale is your enemy. I think your focus is wrong. I’m glad you’re using a scale for progress.

But to pick a set weight by a certain time, is the wrong goal when on AAS. your body is changing in multiple ways.

Measure your waist. Arms. Chest. Legs. Shoulders.

Get a body fat test.

And weigh yourself. This being the least important.

You’re making progress. The scale is a bitch.

I know you are driven and want that goal. Don’t forget to celebrate how far you’ve come. Enjoying the process is part of the process.
 
Yeah I’m def exhausted lol probably gonna have a little refeed day tomorrow and enjoy some actual food 😅

Cardio’s good in about 4-5 minutur intervals. And is better with partner
