I’ve had to miss a few days. One of my little girls had her appendix rupture. Shit is scary when it’s one of your babies. And they’re saying we’ll be here at least 3 or 4 more days. Haven’t ate like I usually do. Especially the first day down here. I’m going to have to play catch up now.

Yeah. When I took her to the doctor. He said she wasn’t sick and that i needed to bring her to Children’s. They found it pretty quick. It had already ruptured so we was running out of time and luckily got her here before it went any farther south. It was so swollen it was pushing on her colon. I’ve been in a lot of situations but I don’t think I’ve ever been as scared as I was. She finally started drinking and eating yesterday.

I’ve been through a lot myself and it never bothered me. Now I feel bad for all the hell I put my parents through. My mom watched me flat line a couple of times and I couldn’t imagine how stressed she was

Starting back into my log I’ve finally got to start concentrating on abs some. Obliques are showing but abs just aren’t popping. Starting picture of abs for progress.

What little abs I got are gone now. The cable machine I was using for abs broke and it’s been down for like a month now. … plus I got this constant bloat so that doesn’t help any. At least your shits flat bro. Looking good… A six pack should be nice and easy for you or 8 pack whatever

I was going to go with Leg raises and weighted sit ups to start. Then mix in some other ab workouts

For some reason leg raises always bothered my lower back and hips. I do throw them in occasionally though as long as I can stand it…

I like leg raises because I can hit 3 different angles when I do them. Which has been a very long time.

So last week didn’t go the way I had planned. Turns out my little girl was allergic to the stitches they put internally. So we spent more time at Children’s while they gave her shots and Benadryl. I believe she’s finally good to go again. She’s going to try to go back to school this week.

Allergic to stitches!!! Holy crap. Glad to hear she is finally through it. Must have pretty scary for everyone
