All, just curious if any of you have movies/documentaries that may be good to throw on during nights when you can’t sleep (or anytime you have some free time), which is me right now. @Bigmurph suggested Icarus awhile back and it was really good. Doesn’t have to just be directly related to AAS or lifting, but anything that you feel is a great watch. I have Netflix and Amazon Prime. Thanks!

I believe it was Netflix had the documentary on eddie hall the strongman. That was good.

Crossfit isnt my thing but the one on “frone” (spelling) was good. The crossfit champion dude.

Very hard. All those back problems, can barely walk, but still insists on working out. Ugh.

Jay Cutler, in contrast, seems to have gotten out with his health fully intact. I know his wife is a nurse, so that probably helped.

One of the most accurate I’ve ever seen, the book is great to, also a bunch of the dudes in the movie are Marines and actually were Involved in what the episodes are about

Its definitely a pov perspective in that one the camera guy is being shot at multiple times while filming.

Yeah I saw his interview with Joe Rogan before he switched to Spotify. Wish he just stayed on YouTube. Was a great show with common sense discussions and would never censor who he put on which is rare these days with cancel culture. Many times it took awhile to get through it as he had 3 hour interviews which puts out a lot more content that the relatively short versions most do. Yeah Coleman has basically a bionic spine.

Yeah I own pumping iron…definitely a classic. My favorite line was when some fan asked him…you are really big you must drink a lot of milk. He said, no milk is for babies, when you grow up you need to drink beer. 😀

Bob Lazar was one of the best truth telling documentaries I watched… really opened my eyes, and then they show you that the government all but erased him… it’s fucking crazy! I don’t know if there’s a show about it, but read about Dwight Eisenhower and the alien treaties sometime… some jaw dropping shit right there

The govt completely erased him but they messed up and forgot that his name was in the los Alamos laboratory phone book lol caught them lying flat out I would have loved to see their face when they found out that they had proof he was legitimate lol

I saw Night Stalker : The Hunt For a Serial Killer is a 2021 documentary released by Netflix a month ago. I remember when this was happening. I lived not far from the Los Angeles area when this was going on. I remember the day the people in that neighborhood caught him and beat the shit out of him as a group. That was a great feeling! This is a fast paced documentary and entertaining enough to hold my attention.
