My current situation and plan

I have had something similar. Is it the tendon? If so, then get a ‘Band-it’ from amazon. Really helps by directly compressing the offending tendon.
 
They called it tennis elbow to me and I still get it today ever since I ruptured my bicep.
The pressure sleeves work but its really annoying and not something you can pop painkillers for even if it is just ibuprofen. It will destroy your liver.
I have heard about rolling where they roll out your muscles and its supposed to help alot
 
I couldnt shake hands, hold much of anything. They measured my grip strength and it was great in my left hand and exponentially lower in my right. Like 70 to 8 or something like that. Couldn’t hold a bowling ball. But Ice, massage the tendon and the Band it were what seemed to work for me. Good luck. I cranked that sucker down while working out too.
 
I ordered bands a compression arm covers. I never thought in a million years I would have this issue. I know I’m 51 and I see people younger than myself using them. I talked to one of the few guys my age in the gym and basically said the same thing.
 
So no Gym for me until the 9th of Feb. On covid lockdown but have tested negative each time. My wife was positive but slowly getting better. I will be doing cardio, pushups, planks etc while WFH.
 
Alright so family is now recovering from covid. I never once tested positive and felt great. 21 days of isolation or maybe prison with the yard or working out.

I started back in the gym last week and it’s been really hard. Fatter, slower, more pain but pushing through. I do have muscle soreness but it’s not to bad. Left forearm never healed and I where a brace over my left arm to keep my forearm tendon in place so I can workout arms.

I feel like I lost all gains from 2020 and the year was terrible for working out. I have decided to take my family and money and go back home to Alaska since this state is in perpetual lockdown in some fashion.

I did not run any gear and I do seem to be recover well. I’m running some open market hormone pre-cursors DHEA200mg, Pregnelone 60mg, others to help reduce estrogen and help reduce water weight and will test in April. I can test my test is rising each week but unsure how much. There are others as well and I’m healthy. I look forward to getting the covid fat off. Treadmill killed my knees while locked down but other than push-ups and planks I was just not into it.
 
I’ve always heard this about Alaska…there’s two types of people…those that have been and move there for good and those that have been and want to move there for good.
 
Whats up brother I can’t do the treadmill because of my knee if you can hit the bike or elliptical.
Its crazy that your family got covid and you didn’t you could be the answer to a real vaccine.

I thought it was just me and the treadmill. The last month or so it’s been bugging my knees. Regular walking doesn’t bother them but the treadmill does a little.
 
If you’re going to run do it in the grass like in a park and it won’t be bad but the bike or elliptical will save your knees it did mine.
 
I’m big elliptical guy when I do the c word. But on a dj set and go was doing hour a day per Covid obviously I had ton of fat to burn and the clen cardarine combo made it easy
 
It’s difficult once things get turned around. I started swimming this week and it really helped my joints loosen up. Sauna still shutdown for covid and there is no logic as I can tell. I will keep swimming 1-2 time’s per week and plan on using this new gym for deadlifts and squats. So I’m excited about that even with less weight since it really reduces my BF. Arms are not going well even with gear to help with left stem tendon. So no hammer curls, reverse curls or anything that works for arms. Less weight there for sure now. This new 50s age crap is irritating me.
