Hey guys I posted a question on here yesterday about knots at my gear site and you guys game through with a bunch of really good answers, thanks brothers i appreciate it. A few people asked me to post an intro I’m not sure if this is what you guys meant. lol Anyway, I’m 45 and just getting back into training after a few years off, back surgery, bad marriage, the usual reasons, lol. I’m running sus and tren ace and getting really impressive gains faster than I remember from enathanate and deca lol. I train four to five nights a week. Need to do more legs, but I’m working around a cantaloupe knee, but no excuses everyone got something right? Lol anyway thanks for all the suggestions and bear with me while I try and figure how to use this site. A good training partner recommended you guys.
