Alright fellas! Update. Sitting at 190lbs been hitting the gym 6 days a week. Right after I do an hour of cardio. 5 days a week. Either stairs or walking the treadmill at max incline at a speed of 3.5 some days higher and I try as much as possibly not to hold on. Been carb cycling the last 4 weeks. Thinking I might just go low carbs now.
That means a lot coming from you! I look up to you guys! I def wouldn’t have got this far you out you and everyone else words of wisdom and advice! It very much appreciated ray:t2:
Thank I appreciate that a lot! I had a wild cheat day yesterday but after all those weeks no cheating I needed it hahha I’ll work it off this week. Gonna switch my cardio from walking and stairs and starting doing sets of sprints then walk after
What’s up guys! Figured I got some free time and give you guys and update since I haven’t been on as much as I’d like since I’m busy with life but I’m still lifting. Sitting at about 200lbs feeling good and diets in check. Running 600mg test a week, mast 400mg a week. Hope all is well with everyone!
