So I’ve been thinking of a way to add some value to the community and I came up with this idea. @Bigmurph wanted all of us the the current member of the month to post informative content but instead of one I figured I’d offer this.
Many of you k ow I’ve been in this game along time and have tons of experience with training as well as rehabilitation of chronic issues. So I’d like to set up a category where you guys can ask me for information on a specific injury you might have or where you may be stuck in training or diet. Not sure if it’s helpful or not but I figured I’d throw that out there. Happy to answer questions you may have on my qualifications aslo.

Thank you. I can also pick a topic a week to post about. That way I answer specific questions that directly Nemo the memebrs

Lad has helped my shoulder with mobility exercises he posted awhile ago. To I was able to front squat for first time since injury

Great idea. I regularly confront limitations as a result of irreparably torn rotator cuffs in my left shoulder, principally not being able to balance a heavy DB. Would love some workarounds.

@Poppy, first we need a DeLorian, then we need to find Doc Brown… and to top it off, we need Huey Lewis to sing all the songs for us!

Hahahaha. I’m with you though, if I could go back about 7-8 years, I would figure out how to prevent my hip injury

You need to contact me at bigmurph at ugmuscle dot com
So that I can understand what you are really looking to do because this is what we all do in the forums when people ask questions?
I believe that im misunderstanding what your trying to do please hit me up

My 2 cents worth… maybe an “INJURY” category isn’t such a bad idea…but just for work arounds. Medical advice is always best.

Well hell @Kad1 I’ll go first then. After having badly neglected legs day I recently began my “never skip legs day” campaign. I thought I was starting slow but I seem to have irritated the hell out of my right knee. It’s not bad but squats are definitely not working. My idea was to strengthen the individual muscle with light weight isolation exercise til I can get it rehabilitated. My dumbass fault for not staying on it but I would appreciate any advice.

We can do something but I need to talk about it first with kad because I need to know exactly what it is and what’s going to happen because like you said we can’t give medical advice unless the person giving it really is allowed.
It also might be a different thing then medical advice im looking forward to hearing his ideas.

You guys know I will always take feedback from the community and if its able to be done we will.
