I read it and I agree completely. I believe that its an excellent idea. I will set up the category which will actually be a sub category under the Training-Diet-Logs category. It will be visible in the drop down.
What do you believe that we should name it?

Just injuries or something else?

About the Supplement and Vitamin category Supplement and Vitamin
Know of any supplements or Vitamins that can be helpful to everyone in the community. Please post here everything that is a dietary supplement or even just a Vitamin. We all need supplements and vitamins to help with things from liver protection to just staying hydrated or even PWO to get you fired up will post here all this plus if you can bring in the scientific evidence and studies that show how these vitamins or supplements are supposed to work and the proof or the scientific studies behin…
I can put the sub forum for Caught an Injury here or the Training-Diet-Logs category. I believe that I should merge these categories together so that vitamins and supps are under diet and training.

I believe that I need to possibly remove some categories and join them together or should I split them more apart?
The only problem is that if I make more categories will members actually use them because alot gets posted in general and I have to move the post.
If I create more categories is everyone going to use them or should I just leave things the way they are and create Caught an injury?
 
I agree with too many options guys won’t use them. Let’s keep it as simple as possible. Diet/nutrition/Supps all under one seems logical to me. I think injury rehab/ prevention should be separate from training
 
Gotcha I will put it together it will take a little time because im super busy in the background right now but a couple of days everything will be up and running.
 
Where exactly is the pain? Inside, outside, under the patella or above the knee?
