If I could go back in time 20 years… i would come back with some of that nasty old shit… sust redijects, brovel and denkal stuff that hurt so damn bad when you pinned it, just for nostalgia…
I use 23g×1" to draw up with. Then swap to 25g×1" to pin with. This works perfectly for glutes and delts. I tried 27g×.5" but noticed I got PIP with the shorter pin. Almost like I was pinning Sub Q instead of IM.
Everyone used to be walking with the pimp limp we used to play frogger everyone had lumps on there ass the game was to walk by unoticed and frog one. Oh the good times
