😂😂😂😂 thank you sir! I think it’s the combo of oats, cardio, telmisartan, and genetics. My dad has eating fast food at least once a day for probably 40 years and the only thing that’s ever come up poor on blood work… testosterone.
 
Yeah, I’m slightly screwed in the genetics department when it comes to cholesterol in my family. I’ve managed good HDL, Tri’s, and kept total lower, but LDL is starting to creep over 100 consistently for me at age 46.
