Life stress got me down to 225lb. Haven’t been eating near enough. Training has been meh, and intermittent.

I was running a mix of Test E, Primo, and Mast E before I just switched to Test for several months. I’ll be going back to that.

Its time to snowboard! So I’ll be sticking to a 4 day split:
Upper
Lower
Upper
Lower

Leaving one day to seek refuge in the mountains.
Caloric intake has been low, so I will be ramping back up. Bring on the egg whites and steak.

Will be shooting for Protein 250, Carb 500, fats 110. Rough estimate for now. Will have to get back in the habit of stuffing my face.

Good on you getting your psa checked.

Again…guys that’s no joke! I’ve buried several friends from prostrate cancer because they were NOT on top of their labs. I have many walking around today that caught it in time and had a great outcome. Early detection!!
 
Can I just point out that your LDL is only 50!

Holy fuck! I have not had an LDL of 50 since birth.

Working with a lean platform is good. Of course you and I have the same hatred for the amount of food we have to shove into our mouths after doing it for a prolonged period of time. Some days I hate food so much, I can’t even break 2,500kcal.
 
Speaking of calorific intake big ramys coach said he does 4500-5k in off-season and my thought it must be nice to not doing anything but lift so you don’t have to eat as much. I’m currently around 5 myself changing jobs cut about 1000 cals out of burning a day
 
No I burn 1000 less a day now I was eating 6000 for maintaining now arohnf 5000. I would walk around 7 miles at work now it’s about 4 and there is more sitting than I used to do
