What’s up fellas, meant to do a quick introduction sooner, but better late than never.
I’ve been in the weight room since the mid 00’s. There were some on & off’s, due to military service but since coming back to the civilian sector I’ve certainly taken my training more serious. I don’t have goals to compete or anything, just really enjoy being in the gym and watching my body change for the better. I follow a hypertrophy routine for the most part, but occasionally try to throw up some really heavy weight.
I’ve been on some other popular forums for over a decade and have learned a great deal in regard to training, supplementation and more recently the correct way to run anabolics. Looking forward to soaking up some of the knowledge that this place has to offer. Thanks for having me!
