Hello Everyone! I’m 30 years old and 263 lbs. I haven’t really don’t many measurements as I am a powerlifter best lifts are 780/515/725. Legs (31”). I have been training consistently for 8 years. I mainly joined as the old sponsor I grew to love moved on to enjoy his life outside of here and he pointed me in the direction of this forum to find other sponsors and share my experiences and ideas with all of you. I look forward to talking with all of you and sharing ideas and comments about how to go forward with supplementation and training.
