Hi everyone, just making my first intro post. I’m 46 and starting lifting weights when I was 40 and now I’m addictive. I’ve been on prescribed TRT for 4 years now and have never felt better. I blast about once a year and just cruise the rest of the time. I like to add mast to my trt dose as it keeps me on the leaner side and to control estrogen levels. My goals at this point in life is just to maintain a good physique. I want to thank @Rusty for the invite to the group. I’m excited to keep learning as I continue my passion for lifting.
