Tbh I think is coach maybe lying to him about his knowledge or qualifications. Why I asked how much he was paying.

A coach that’s coaching pro athletes to the Olympia will be well known or in high demand. And not cheap and wouldn’t take a client on his first contest prep either.

I don’t know the exact exchange rate but titan training is something to check out because PHD is ugmuscle verified and legitimate as it gets. I believe that the cost would be about the same amount.

I ran my first cycle with an incompetent coach, it was a single product mix which I took once per week for 6 weeks:
Trenbolone Acetate 75mg
Drostanolone Propionate 75mg
Testosterone Propionate 100mg

I don’t clearly remember the second one, it was a well-organized 8-10 weeks cycle with Cyp and Deca.

I got nice results with both, nothing special.
