I lied… got back on roof…windy cold spitting rain with more on the way. I came down and took a nap. Too old for that crap.

This morning at body weight of 203. Keeping the weight down and level. Most importantly my lower backfat love handles are gone. Those are Christmas present sweats and still tight so it shows a little squeeze. I know it’s not full on abs like some of you studs but it’s great progress for this guy. Pic was after breakfast and 50(ish) ounces of water.

Did more ladder 12/12 pitch roof cardio. Finished roof work for the time being.

My beautiful bride bought some mashed cauliflower for first time. It wasn’t her homemade mashed taters but it wasn’t bad and it was carb friendly.

OHP day…warmed up to 105 and did drop sets stripping 20lbs at a time. Did a gazillion reps.
