30 minute cardio session, better than nothing and you got some cardio in. Gonna go ahead and start mine
This morning at body weight of 203. Keeping the weight down and level. Most importantly my lower backfat love handles are gone. Those are Christmas present sweats and still tight so it shows a little squeeze. I know it’s not full on abs like some of you studs but it’s great progress for this guy. Pic was after breakfast and 50(ish) ounces of water.
