Heels elevated close stance squats… extremely fast…45lb plate 12 reps…35 plate 12 reps…25 lb plate 12 reps…stroll around yard for a few minutes… repeat. Quads are fried.

Some ab stabilizer stuff

Protein should be 190g Carbs 150g

Todays training

OH press. Worked up to 135 for some.

Stripped 20lbs at a time for a bunch

Back, arms, shoulders and those blasted cuban press things

Getting on hamster wheel for a bit. A bit later…10 mins hi/lo. I’m not calling it hiit because it’s just a smelly old man walking fast on the hi part.

On track for 218 protein and 188 carbs. Ended with 250P 200C

Yesterday was 234 protein 142 carbs.

I almost did light cardio to warm up for dead’s but they now half empty taken all the cardio equipment out to redo that area
 
Yessir not as much as did last spring when I doing doing 7-8 miles Ed on elliptical and sometime 14 on off days but 20 minutes a day at end of workout maybe 2-3 miles
 
In this episode of smelly old man-a-palooza:

Squat day

225 on yoke bar plus green bands. 2 sets of 3. I think i got scrunched an inch shorter

265 on yoke bar no bands 2 sets 5

Stripped weight and did other squat stuff x bout a 1000 reps

Posterior chain & abs x bunch(ish)
 
I actually do like it but when when bulking it’s hard enought to eat calories to grow I don’t need to take more off of me
