Today is going to be a great day! Got up at 4:15 feel great did a little on treadmill. Solved leftover problems from (yesterday’s) work. Squat day in gym later this morning! Knees feel great!

I hope you guys are feeling good also.

Front squats with yoke bar backwards.

225 for sets of 8… maybe 4 or 5 sets.

Stripped weight and did “2011” reps in drop sets to 135.

45 degree back raises x bunch

Other stuff for lower for a bunch(ish)

Your killing it lately bro!! Keeping track of the macros is a chore some days but sure is worth the time!! How do your legs feel after those big leg days? Any OMS?
 
My legs get a little sore. Not too bad. What i have listed isn’t a real big leg workout for me. What you see is holding back some. I’m trying to prevent injuries.

Also when i list rep numbers like 2011…that’s me being a smart azz. That means I did a lot but not thousands… hahaha

Benchpress

Warm up bar x many many

Work up to 265 x 2 for 4 sets with reverse orange band taking about 40lbs off at bottom. Narrow grip. Pause at bottom explode thru lift.

Strip everything 225 x 10.

Upper ancillary stuff and the cuban torcher with 10lb plates in each hand for active rest.
