Poppy’s Mesterolone and Methenolone Enanthate Cycle Along With Hormone Replacement

Todays fiasco…didn’t feel like getting up for fasted cardio soooo I didn’t.

Supposed to be overhead press day but didn’t feel like it so I didn’t do those either.

Did a bunch of upper body ancillary exercises to pump blood in the joints and muscles without stressing anything.

Did eat two tarts this morning along with usual stuff. I’m out of control.

111g carbs

12 mins hi/lo on treadmill at 4 am fasted

20 mins brisk walk woth 6 yo on bike at 4pm

Brother it’s those eff’n tarts. 68 grams of carbs in two pastries. I’m struggling. I blame the tarts but it’s me. Some days are good and others i fail miserably!

Haha. Those damn tarts. Remember how far you dropped your A1C? Don’t accept how far you’ve come as enough. I’m proud of how far you’ve come… I just see those sugar numbers going up and up. You can still be part of the UGM tart gang, you don’t lose your membership once you’re in it. 😂😂
 
Whewww that’s a relief. I thought y’all might toss me out of the royal brotherhood of tarts if i cut back.

My goal is sub 7 this time. It was 7.3 down from 10.6. If i can drop it down to where i can see a “6”… this old guy will be doung cartwheels.

Don’t give up on me brother(s). I’m trying.

I may sneak a
Cinnamon roll out of bmvending machine but I will be in chicken broccoli rice diet thinking three meals of that with break fast then shake before bed should get me Leaned up real quick and keep muscles full
