Poppy’s Mesterolone and Methenolone Enanthate Cycle Along With Hormone Replacement

I don’t know how in the Hell you guys get your carbs down so low. Rice itself is so many carbs, it throws me out of whack every day, as my PWO meal is ground turkey and rice.
 
I dunno yet. I trust guys like @Dirtnasty who has done it and has the results to prove it. It’s gonna suck I think for me the best course may be to not eat any carbs all day and have them in the evening so I can sleep.
 
I guess I could just go quasi-keto, but damn, that’s going to reduce my energy levels, and I gotta work in addition to working out! As it is, I’m pretty regularly using Modafinil to stay awake and focused!
 
I eat very small portions of oatmeal, couscous, rice… very little to no bread like one pbj or grilled cheese every 3 weeks or so. Some pretzels etc.
 
Yeah, my downfall is rice. The instant jasmin rice I make is 94 carbs all by itself! That and the fact that I do let myself have a couple of drinks/glasses of wine a week.

Bench press everything was close grip

Full range for speed 185x 3 for 3 sets. 225 x 2 for 2 sets. 185 plus 40lbs chains x 3 for 3 sets. 135 x30 in 2 sets.

Rest is assistance and supplemental
