I just finished chapter 3 in tot bible. Great reference reading. As @NeuroRN stated it’s not a aas enhancement guide but rather a guide for low t and how to fix it. It addresses a lot of things. I just read the chapter on the snake oil sales and how almost every single test raising pill you see on tv and in ads have been debunked…with science.
Ain that the truth. In reality they’re unregulated so they’re no better than anything we would get from an UGL. Supplements is billion $$ industry if I’m not mistaken.
I posted these in another thread but it’s germane to my log.
My diabetes dictates my carb intake. It’s a dance…get in the right amount and kind so i can function and even excell but not too much so as my blood sugar is too high and i start loosing toes…feet…eyesight.
at my age… I have no more aww sh!ts left. Thats why for the rest of my life I’ll be very calculating on what i stuff in my cake hole and what kind of enhancement protocol i do.
Don’t get me wrong, i do indulge on occasion but it’s on purpose and regulated. Sucks i know but i have unfinished business on this rock and need another 20 good years.
@JLee about diabetes…brother I know it sounds scarey but most of it can be controlled thru diet and exercise. I hold my destiny in my hand…or my gut…hahaha
I might have to see if I can find a digital copy to skim through maybe possibly read im still head first into Anabolics. Its so much information its insane lol
I want to learn more about trt actually I believe that there’s so much more about trt that’s going to be coming out now that clinics have been dispensing for awhile now and more research being done in the EU
That’s crazy, man. Mine snapped at the shoulder–both the long and short heads. I was removing a differential from a car and banging on it with a rubber mallet when I heard a pop and watched my bicep slide down to my elbow. It was fucking disgusting. They were able to reattach both heads, but the long head didn’t heal and so snapped again. Living with the short head now and a little bit of “Popeye” on my right bicep. Oh well. Makes for a nice peak!
None for me. My understanding is that without surgery, the bicep will heal enough to gain 80% of its strength back and be pain free within a few weeks. If yours still hurts, something ain’t right. Just my $.02.
@herrubermensch said just bout what my surgeon said verbatim. I opted out of surgery and he said I shouldn’t do hang cleans, deadlifts, or pullups…forever. But if i wanted it could be moderate weight except pull-ups he daid pretty much no body weight pull ups ever. Ive lost 20% of my strength for turning stuff like pickel jar lids and turning a door knob.
