@NeuroRN is absolutely correct… this book is probably the best read I’ve ever had on trt. They site all their sources and studies. Great end of chapter wrap up. Foot notes etc. it’s thick with plenty of reference pics…not a pamphlet. The study on the global decline of mens test is alarming.
Yeah im going to talk to my doctor though because I actually have pain. I don’t take pain killers ever and I don’t want to have to deal with the pain if its something that could possibly be taken care of I would move forward. The answer could very well be just deal with it from my doctor though lol
The last batch of chicken I picked up I swear is a turkey crossed with a chicken and im not even joking. I have joked about them possibly doing this in the past but my chicken brests are bigger than my arms there huge I have never seen chicken this big. Then I cooked it the other day and it tasted like turkey breast I started to actually wonder if I bought turkey breast whole.

Wifey brings chicken home that is humongous. I just assume it’s been pumped full of growth hormone. Never thought of crossing with a turkey. Hmmmm. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Today was 185 carbs ~80 of those was oatmeal and banana hourish after weight training.
Protein will be at ~190 by bedtime.
I am keeping my test dosage at 125mg per pin but closing in one day to every 3 days. I’ve been on every 4 days for 4 months now and 125mg for 2 months.
