That might be part of it. But for as much weight as you move your quads should be bigger. That’s why I said your hammys gotta be huge. Do your quads feel like they are being activated much when you do your leg day?
 
Oh for sure when I squat they get fried then in to leg press and I’m cursing nightened they are in so much pain I mean if you look at pics from months ago the progress shows. Long femur s just palate better for posterior gains than the quads

I was maybe mid 220’s in both pics. My daughter and baby girl with me on Father’s Day 5 years ago… the other was raining on Saturday and I was doing walking lunges with my log. Wife thought I was nuts. That was 6 years ago.

Bench press

225x 2 for 8 sets… 2 second descent and blast thru the roof. Medium grip. Cut it off at 8 because I got bored with it.

Close grip bp on 2 foam blocks 135x 20 in about 15 seconds.

Back neck bis tris shoulders ytw’s abs.

Hah, I’d do the same thing if my equipment was outside. My pup is obsessed with playing fetch, I have yet to find his energy limit.
